1. Order Cancellation Policy

a. By Customer (Before Dispatch)

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped, directly from their LokBuy account.
  • Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery as per the Return Policy.

b. By LokBuy or Seller

  • kartngo.in or the seller may cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to:
    • Product out of stock or discontinued
    • Invalid shipping address
    • Payment issues
    • Suspected fraudulent activity

You will be notified via email or SMS in case of such cancellations.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return and refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

4. Return Process

  • Log in to your LokBuy account and initiate a return request from the “My Orders” section.
  • Select the reason for return and upload photos if needed.
  • Our team will review and approve the request.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable) or self-ship details will be provided.
  • Once the item is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of successful return verification.
  • Refund methods:
    • Prepaid Orders: Credited to the original payment source (credit card, wallet, UPI, etc.)
    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account (bank details required)

6. Exchange Policy

At present, direct exchanges are not supported. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Recheck your bank account or payment source
  • Contact your bank or payment gateway
  • If still unresolved, email us at commercella01@outlook.com with your order details

8. Policy Exceptions

kartngo.in reserves the right to reject refund or cancellation requests in cases of:

  • Misuse of the return policy
  • Repeated returns of high-value items
  • Returned products that do not meet quality verification standards
