1. Order Cancellation Policy

a. By Customer (Before Dispatch)

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped, directly from their KartnGo account.
  • Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned after delivery as per the Return Policy.

b. By KartnGo or Seller

KartnGo or the seller may cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Invalid shipping address
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

You will be notified via email or SMS in case of such cancellations.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return and refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

📌 Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

4. Return Process

  • Log in to your KartnGo account and initiate a return request from the “My Orders” section.
  • Select the reason for return and upload photos if needed.
  • Our team will review and approve the request.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable) or self-ship details will be provided.
  • Once the item is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of successful return verification.

Refund methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: Credited to the original payment source (credit card, wallet, UPI, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account (bank details required)

6. Exchange Policy

At present, direct exchanges are not supported.
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Recheck your bank account or payment source
  • Contact your bank or payment gateway
  • If still unresolved, email us at commercella01@outlook.com with your order details

8. Policy Exceptions

KartnGo reserves the right to reject refund or cancellation requests in cases of:

  • Misuse of the return policy
  • Repeated returns of high-value items
  • Returned products that do not meet quality verification standards
