1. Return Eligibility

Customers can return a product under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, not as described, or wrongly delivered
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear
  • Fragrances and cosmetics
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

a. Initiate a Return

  • Go to “My Orders” on your LokBuy account
  • Select the product and click “Return”
  • Choose the reason for return and upload any supporting images (if required)

b. Pickup & Verification

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged at your address (subject to pin code availability)
  • Alternatively, self-shipping instructions will be provided
  • Returned items are inspected for compliance with the return policy

c. Refund/Replacement

  • Upon successful verification, a refund will be processed, or you may choose to reorder the item

4. Warranty Policy

As kartngo.in is a fashion-exclusive marketplace, most fashion products do not come with a manufacturer warranty. However:

  • In case of manufacturing defects evident at the time of delivery, customers can return the item as per the return policy
  • Products like watches, fashion electronics, or accessories may carry brand-specific warranties (if mentioned on the product page)
  • Warranty claims must be made directly with the brand or as per details provided at the time of purchase

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and passes quality checks.

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders: Credited back to the original payment source
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Processed via NEFT/IMPS to the customer’s bank account (bank details required)

6. Important Notes

  • Multiple returns from a single account may be flagged for abuse of policy
  • Returns may be rejected if products are used, washed, or returned without original packaging
  • kartngo.in reserves the right to revise or amend this policy at any time without prior notice
