Mandatory Documents

All sellers must upload the following documents clearly during the onboarding process:

1. Business Registration Proof

  • For Sole Proprietors: Owner’s Aadhaar and PAN Card
  • For Partnership/LLP/Pvt Ltd: Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed

2. GST Registration Certificate

  • The GST certificate must be valid and active
  • It should clearly display the business name and address

3. PAN Card

  • PAN card of the business entity or the individual owner (in case of proprietorship)

4. Bank Account Details

  • Cancelled cheque or a recent bank statement
  • The document should show the account holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code

5. Address Proof

  • Utility bill, rent agreement, or any government-issued document showing the address of the business premises

6. Authorized Signatory ID Proof

  • Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License of the person managing the seller account

7. Product Portfolio or Catalog (Optional for Initial Review)

  • Images, brochures, or a simple catalog of your fashion products for quality and category evaluation

Optional Documents (Recommended)

1. Trademark Certificate

  • Recommended for sellers dealing in branded goods

2. FSSAI License

  • Only required for fashion-related cosmetic products such as skincare or personal care items

3. Import/Export Code (IEC)

  • Required for sellers planning to participate in international shipping in the future

  • All documents must be uploaded in PDF or JPEG format and must be clearly readable.
  • The business name and address must match across all submitted documents.
