1. Overview

This Seller Payment Policy outlines the payment structure, settlement timelines, and deductions applicable to sellers transacting on kartngo.in. All sellers must adhere to this policy once registered and approved on the platform.


2. Payment Cycle

  • kartngo.in follows a T+7 settlement cycle, where “T” is the date of successful delivery of the product to the customer.
  • Payments will be processed every week on the basis of all completed orders delivered within the previous cycle.

3. Payment Method

  • Payments will be credited directly to the seller’s verified bank account submitted during registration.
  • The seller must ensure the bank account details are accurate and updated in the seller dashboard.

4. Deductions and Charges

The following deductions may apply to each transaction before final payout:

  • Commission Fees: As per category and agreed terms during onboarding.
  • Shipping Charges: If logistics are handled by kartngo.in or a partnered courier service.
  • Return Handling Charges: Applicable for returned or RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
  • Platform Fees (if applicable): For marketing, promotions, or special services availed by the seller.
  • GST and TDS Deductions: As per statutory tax laws applicable on commissions and services.

5. Invoice & Payment Statement

  • kartngo.in provides a detailed invoice and settlement report for each payment cycle.
  • Sellers can access these reports through the Seller Dashboard for accounting and reconciliation.

6. Returns & Refund Adjustments

  • In case a product is returned by the customer within the return window, the corresponding amount will be withheld or adjusted in the next payment cycle.
  • For returned items ineligible for reselling (damaged, used, etc.),kartngo.in may not issue reimbursement.

7. Payment Disputes

  • Any dispute regarding payment or deductions must be reported via email to commercella01@outlook.com within 7 working days of payment receipt.
  • kartngo.in will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Account Suspension Impact

  • Payments may be put on hold or delayed if the seller’s account is under investigation, suspended, or terminated due to policy violations, quality issues, or fraud concerns.

9. Force Majeure

COMMERCELLA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in payment processing due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, banking disruptions, or government actions.


10. Policy Amendments

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of COMMERCELLA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. Any updates will be communicated in advance via email or through the seller dashboard.
