At kartngo.in, we welcome fashion brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, and resellers to become a part of our marketplace. This Seller Registration Policy outlines the requirements, process, and guidelines for onboarding sellers on our platform.


1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a seller on kartngo.in, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a legally registered business entity (Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, or Pvt Ltd).
  • Have a valid GSTIN and PAN number.
  • Operate in the fashion category only (clothing, footwear, accessories, bags, etc.).
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws related to e-commerce and fashion retail.

2. Required Documentation

Sellers are required to submit the following documents during registration:

  • Business Registration Certificate
  • GST Registration Certificate
  • PAN Card (of the business or owner)
  • Bank Account Details (Cancelled cheque or bank statement)
  • Authorized Signatory ID Proof (Aadhar/Passport/Driving License)
  • Product Catalog or Samples (if requested for quality review)

3. Registration Process

  1. Sign Up: Visit www.kartngo.in and click on the “Sell with Us” option.
  2. Form Submission: Fill in the required business and personal details accurately.
  3. Document Upload: Upload all mandatory documents as listed above.
  4. Verification: Our team will verify the submitted details within 3–5 business days.
  5. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive access to your Seller Dashboard where you can start listing products.

4. Seller Onboarding

Upon successful registration:

  • Sellers will receive training and support materials to understand platform operations.
  • A dedicated account manager may be assigned based on seller tier.
  • Sellers must adhere to Kartngo’s listing guidelines, image quality standards, and pricing transparency rules.

5. Prohibited Listings

Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing:

  • Non-fashion products (e.g., electronics, home appliances, groceries, etc.)
  • Counterfeit or replica goods
  • Items that violate intellectual property laws
  • Banned or restricted items as per Indian law

6. Commission and Fees

  • kartngo.in charges a commission on every successful sale, which varies by product category and seller tier.
  • Details of commission structure will be shared upon approval.
  • No registration or setup fee is currently applicable.

7. Seller Obligations

Sellers must:

  • Ensure product authenticity and quality.
  • Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.
  • Ship orders promptly and maintain delivery SLAs.
  • Respond to customer queries or complaints within 24 hours.
  • Comply with Kartngo’s return, refund, and cancellation policies.

8. Account Suspension/Termination

Seller accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Repeated customer complaints or quality issues
  • Violation of listing or content policies
  • Delay in order fulfillment or high return rates
  • Submission of false documents or business information
