1. Introduction

These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of kartngo.in by sellers offering fashion products through the platform. By registering as a seller, you agree to abide by these Terms, our policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

Only legally registered businesses operating in the fashion category (clothing, accessories, footwear, bags, etc.) are eligible to sell on kartngo.in. Sellers must possess a valid GSTIN and PAN, and must provide all required documents during onboarding.

3. Seller Account and Verification

Sellers must complete the registration process by providing accurate business details and documentation. COMMERCELLA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to verify submitted information and reject or suspend any seller account that fails to meet our standards or compliance requirements.

4. Product Listings

  • Sellers may only list products under the fashion category.
  • Listings must include accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, and stock information.
  • Misleading or false information may result in suspension or permanent ban.
  • Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded products are strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Sellers are responsible for setting the product price, including applicable taxes.
  • kartngo.in charges a commission on each successful sale; the rate will be disclosed at the time of onboarding.
  • Payments to sellers will be settled on a T+7 basis (7 days after the transaction date), subject to return windows and deductions (if any).
  • Payment will be made to the bank account provided by the seller during registration.

6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping orders within the agreed dispatch timelines.
  • Delayed shipments, order cancellations, or poor packaging may result in penalties or account suspension.
  • kartngo.in may facilitate logistics or allow sellers to use approved third-party logistics partners.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Sellers must adhere to kartngo.in’s return and refund policies.
  • Returned items must be accepted unless they fall under non-returnable categories approved by kartngo.in.
  • In case of disputes, kartngo.in’s decision will be final.

8. Taxes and Invoicing

  • Sellers are responsible for issuing valid GST-compliant invoices with each order.
  • All taxes, duties, and statutory obligations under Indian tax law must be fulfilled by the seller.
  • kartngo.in will not be responsible for any non-compliance on the seller’s part.

9. Prohibited Activities

Sellers are not allowed to:

  • List non-fashion items
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent their business
  • Violate third-party intellectual property rights
  • Use kartngo.in to market or redirect users to external websites

10. Intellectual Property

Sellers grant kartngo.in the right to use product images, descriptions, brand names, and other content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

COMMERCELLA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Poor performance or customer experience
  • Legal non-compliance or fraudulent activity
  • Breach of marketplace policies

12. Limitation of Liability

kartngo.in will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the seller’s use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

13. Amendments

COMMERCELLA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
